Combining Multiple Orders
I do not combine shipping for multiple orders. It creates a lot of work on my end that could be spent dyeing more beautiful yarn!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I accept refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 business days from postmark. Return shipping costs may apply.
Incorrect items and/or missing items from your order will be shipped/exchanged at no extra cost.
Yarn that is not in the original state in which it was received may not be returned. (No wound, caked or re-skeined yarn.)
